When the weather is like it is today, Washington is absolutely spectacular. Today my roommate and I ate dinner outside at the Ribeye Grill in the Bella Botega shopping center, and both food and view were amazing. I remember when I first came to Washington I was shocked by the amount of green you could see all around. California beats Washington in number of sunny days per year, but its nice days can't compete with those rare nice days in Washington. Southern California, at least where I've lived, is usually hazy, which takes away from the experience. To be fair to Southern California, though, I must say that the people are way better looking there.
