Been spending a lot of time at work lately. Luckily, this weekend I had a chance to get away. Went to Mt. Rainier for the first time and stayed at the National Park Inn. It was fantastic. Took 3 hikes total.

Hike #1: Paved. Went about 10 minutes, saw a waterfall.

Hike #2: Was adventuresome this time. Wanted to hike a non-paved trail to a waterfall. Fortunately there was a bridge out so went back after about a one-minute walk.

Hike #3: Another paved trail. This one was 40 minutes, in the fog this morning. It was actually really neat except for the "vista points."

My uncle said he might come up and climb Mt. Rainier. I'll cheer him on.
