Yesterday I went on an incredible drive up near the North Cascades National Park. There's a route called the "Mountain Loop" and it's beautiful. I was wondering what I'd gotten myself into when we hit the beginning of the 10+ miles of gravel road, but the view was so spectacular it was worth it.

Anyway, so today I got a Sunday New York Times, and while I usually find that newspaper to be pretty high quality, today it was disappointing. There were some articles that showed promise initially, such as one on private schools versus public, that failed to deliver anything of interest.
