I was at Salumi yesterday, a great cheap eats place near the International District in Seattle. Someone in the long line was asking the guy who worked there where he was from:

"New Jersey."

"Why did you come out here?"

"I don't know. Just decided to come out."

"People are nicer here, aren't they?"

"Maybe to your face."
