The Essential Drucker, by Peter F. Drucker ***** Fantastic book on management. In brief, just about every chapter has enough for a very good entire book on management.

Books are on a 5-star scale, and believe it or not, movies are on a 4-star scale. (I know reading my reviews you might think movies are ranked from 1-2 stars and books are ranked from 3-5.)
