Economic Doom?

Two items of note: First, The Mogambo's predictions of doom. Second, from the Comptroller General of the United States, Saving Our Nation's Future (a quote: "The simple truth is that our nation's financial condition is much worse than advertised," but note he's underestimating our deficit by nearly half by not counting social security or the cost of the war).
